A live performer of over 25 years, Joe is a singer, musician and song writer who has wowed audiences with his unique guitar style and an uncompromising vocal delivery that has enthralled and entertained audiences in venues throughout Ireland and beyond.

In celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on the 3rd December, Joe will host a livestream session of music including songs from his debut EP Perfect Fool, released in 2021. The live stream is part of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Festival and Joe will discuss his own experiences of disability, music and the importance of rights in his own life.
